Pre-sale Service Targets
East Coast Electrical and Solar responds to quotation requests within 3 business days. Our representative will contact a customer if an estimation is not ready within 3 business days.
Service / Installation
East Coast Electrical and Solar ensure the following standards for all projects. This includes scheduled work, out-of-scope and overtime work, and emergency requests:
- We are committed to maintaining punctuality at all times. If unforeseen circumstances arise which may affect our arrival / start time, a service member will contact the customer in advance to confirm all details.
- Our teams complete all scheduled work as soon as possible. If unforeseen circumstances arise which may affect estimated completion time, a service member will contact the customer as early as possible.
Emergency 24-hour Callout Service
East Coast Electrical and Solar operates an emergency call-out service. Calls to the 24-hour emergency service are acknowledged and confirmed within 1 hour. Most emergency requests are serviced within 6 hours.
